1994
Establishing of the company and start of providing services in economic consulting and outsourcing of accounting, payrolls and human resources.
1995
Beginning of co-operation for performing statutory audit.
1996
Participation in the international project USAID – Development of management accounting and implementing Activity-Based Costing/Management.
1997
Creating consulting division as an independent company, continuing with complex projects in the area of Activity-Based Costing, calculations and profitability
Publishing first Slovak book about Activity Based Cost Management.
1998
Beginning of realisation of major IT projects (proposal and implementation of banking information systems).
1999
Development of new products mainly in the area of process management and performance management.
2000
Joining both activities into one organization - current S&K Management Systems.
2001
Development of new products in the area of human resources management.
2003
Establishing Euroconsulting division, start of providing services in the area of Euro-consulting.
Development of new products in the area of process management and organisational changes in the state administration.
First year of conference Quality in IT.
2004
Development of new products in the area of IT consulting.
Opening branch in the Czech Republic and Košice.
1st year of Slovak controlling day which is organized in cooperation with the Controller institute in Prague.
First year of conference Euro-funds.
2005
Beginning of co-operation in creating eGoverment in the Slovak Republic.
Obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
Membership in EFQM.
2006
Separating IT development from Business Consulting division, establishing an independent IT Development division.
Obtaining certificates for 3 EFQM Assesors.
Publishing of Introductory overview of ITIL in Czech language.
Partner contract between us and company SAP Slovensko.
2007
Change of company name from S&K Management Systems, Ltd. to Centire. The structure of owners and beginning of business outside Slovakia and Czech Republic.
