Centire is one of the market leaders in the field of implementing the Activity-Based Cost Management (ABC/M) method. As part of our wide range of consulting services, we also offer to carry out training courses in this field. ABC/M training is focused not only on understanding the ABC/M method itself, but also on passing on our practical experiences from carrying out these projects, as well as operating selected software tools.
One of the possibilities for carrying out ABC/M projects is so-called Rapid Prototyping. Its main aim is to provide a quick, one-off overview of the ABC/M methodology. The output of the Rapid Prototyping project is a pilot ABC model containing a basic cost structure, allocations and a proposal for the further procedure for implementation in your organisation.
