Process management
In house training
Process management does not depend on the sector and the size of the business and is an important factor of success. Efficient process management helps reveal inefficiencies in the organisation, limitations and duplicated activities and identify the potential for their removal and for permanent savings and improvements to be reached.
The process view of the organisation offers the management a clear, quantifiable support for taking decisions, choosing alternatives to products and services, identifying suitable customer groups and “make-or-buy” decisions.
