Reasons for excluding applications:
- application not being complete,
- unsuitability of applicant,
- record of the application in the record of debtors for SAPARD, SOP P-RV and PRV SR,
- withdrawal of applicant from contract as part of the SAPARD project applied for as part of SOP P-RV,
- not respecting the minimum amount ON / project and the maximum amount ON / subject / year as part of measure 1.2,
- not respecting the deadline for completing the application,
- not meeting the qualification criteria defined by SOP P-RV, or PRV SR,
- lack of financial means for measures,
- the applicant not accepting the contract proposal.
