Quality in IT 2004
In 2003, the first edition of the Quality in IT seminar took place, whose ambition was to create a platform and space which was lacking at the time for specialists dealing with problems in the quality of information systems and software development to meet. Based on experiences from 2003, the seminar proved itself very useful and successful. To follow on from this fact, we decided to organise a second edition in 2004 entitled Quality in information technology - QIT 2004.
The seminar took place on November 9th 2004 in Bratislava in the Technopol Bratislava conference centre under the auspices of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Post Office and Telecommunications SR, and our company organised it in cooperation with the Technical commission “Information Technology” no. 37 (TK 37) set up alongside the Slovak Institute of Technical Normalisation (SÚTN).
The key topic of the Quality in IT 2004 seminar was above all the presentation of basic recourses and the presumed future development of quality management systems in the field of information technology and software engineering.
