Specialist Assistance for Slovak Regional Water Companies
Basic information
The aim of the project “Specialist Assistance for Slovak Regional Water Companies” (OPSRVS) is to provide technical and specialist assistance for regional water companies in the process of increasing the level of services provided in the field of the treatment and supply of drinking water through public water systems and the removal and cleaning of waste water through public sewage systems.
The technical aid is given based on the specific needs of the water companies and their share-holders.
The customer of the project is the Ministry of the Environment SR, OIP. It is carried out by the company Centire s r.o. The project is financed by funds from ISPA/KF FM no. 202/SK/16/P/PA/008.
Technical assistance will be given based on the specific needs of the receivers - water companies and their share-holders.
Project tasks:
- consulting in questions of corporate policy for water companies,
- to increase the performance of the technical and financial management,
- defining the priorities of investment help from the EU,
- assessing the technical state and allowing access to the most up-to-date technologies.,
- consulting in questions of public-private partnerships (PPP),
- other services and activities.
Main project output:
- increase the efficiency of company management,
- increase the efficiency of services provided
- increase the efficiency of investments,
- increase the use of the most up-to-date technologies.
The Period of project resolution is from 2006 to 2008.
