Project description

Centire s.r.o. is implementing a project titled “Retrieval augmented system for intelligent analysis of documents (RASIAD)” , which aims to develop an innovative digital solution based on RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technology. This system integrates cutting-edge artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and semantic search to fundamentally streamline the processing of extensive unstructured data. The solution directly addresses the need for process automation within the GrantExpert.sk and Valida.sk portals. Previously, the manual processing of grant calls and financial documents, such as financial statements and annexes, represented a significant time burden and limited the scalability of services.

The primary benefit of the project is a radical increase in productivity and accuracy when analyzing professional texts at both the corporate and national levels. In the domain of grant consulting, the project expects to reduce the time required to analyze a single call from the current 3–4 hours to approximately 5–10 minutes. In the area of financial analysis, the system will enable deep assessments of corporate financial health and risk detection with near-instant response times. The innovation lies specifically in its unique domain specialization for the Slovak legislative and business environment, creating a tool capable of intelligently extracting key information and providing contextual answers to end-users 24/7.

The project implementation spans 15 months, from January 2025 to March 2026. It encompasses four key phases: infrastructure design, development of core components, domain adaptation, and final integration with pilot production deployment. The resulting system will not only strengthen the competitiveness of Centire but also contribute to the acceleration of digital transformation within the consulting sector in Slovakia and more efficient utilization of development resources. This project demonstrates the practical application of modern AI technologies in solving real-world business challenges and improving the quality of digital services.
